We just recently moved in and have loved every minute! The staff were very helpful during the move-in process and helped to make the move as easy as possible, even offering a hand truck! The river view is beautiful along with the walking path. There is minimal noise and residents are respectful

We have lived here for going on 10 years. Although it is a turnover in owners, management and residents, it is an amazing community overall, for my mom and myself as seniors to young families, as well as professionals. I would highly recommend living here at Merio-Stratford. Also, if you shop around at luxury rental communities, this one of the more reasonably priced.
