The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Super helpful whenever you need them. My only complaints are the lack of water pressure and the lack of snow removal.

A great luxury apartment complex and all you would expect from it. The only downside is that some units are facing the Milford Parkway and are noisier than you'd expect. Also, management doesn't let you tour those units before renting--instead, they make you tour the staging unit that is as far from the Parkway as possible. Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

For as much as we’re paying to live here, parking is really an issue. We have 1 spot but have been put on the wait lait for another spot. It seems as though all of the guest spots sre taken but i see many reserved spots open throughout the day and nignt. If rhere are two teanants to an apartment, should we be automatically given a spot especially if we have to give our car information (make, model, registration).
