Good expirience so far. Incredible attention from all the Staff Neighbors complaints are contant about the noise but is something unavoidable when you have a family-pets and a life... That part is anoying.

I wish there were other amenities offered other than the "club house". Like events to get to know some of my neighbors, a coffee bar, even a water machine, something to justify the high rent....

Love the building itself, only complaint here is the noise. We hear landscapers using leaf blowers as early as 8:30am, on average 4 days a week between Spring and late Autumn. During the winter you can expect to hear footsteps on the roof as early as 8:30am while they service heating units. This maintenance noise is always loud and jarring, and I've found it impossible to sleep through. Unfortunately due to my job, I'm always up late and would appreciate the courtesy to begin these tasks later in the day.

I moved in mid-December, already had two snow storms - can't speak highly enough of the maintenance/grounds team. The leasing team was especially helpful during the touring/lease process. It's nice to live somewhere that has a system down.
