    It is always so peaceful and quiet at the Summit Apartment Homes. The amenities, staff, and maintenance are amazing. The gym could use some updating due to a few machines not working but other than that I really enjoy living here.

    Office staff & manager are friendly & helpful. Maintenance staff are prompt, dependable, efficient, & friendly. Nice neighbors. Pet friendly. Nice dog park. Beautiful swimming pool & grill area. Fitness room. Occasional activities planned by management, such as crawfish boil, Easter Egg hunt for kids, Food truck Fridays. Law enforcement officers reside in at least 2 buildings. Mail box area is clean & neat with locked drawers for large deliveries from the postal service. Easy online pay at first of month. Quarterly inspections of units (water heater, change AC filter, check for any water leaks, check fire extinguishers, etc) with advance notice. Gated entry & exit. Nice apartment complex. Have lived here for 13 months & enjoy my living space.

    Coukd be better. So fixated on making the outside look good when the inside is the problem. Just because you remodeled the outside don’t mean raise the rent when the inside needs the most work done and haven't even begun to fix thise problems.
