I've been residing at Luxx Verge for several months now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team is attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests and ensuring that the community remains well-maintained. The apartments are modern and spacious, with thoughtful layouts that make daily living comfortable. Parking has been convenient, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure that residents have designated spots, minimizing any potential issues. Noise levels are generally low, contributing to a peaceful environment. Overall, Luxx Verrge offers a welcoming community with a management team that truly cares about its residents.?

High end amenities with higher end price. Great customer service. Main issue is thin walls with poor insulation t which makes living in this townhome a little noisy

view is beautiful Maintenance also are great Manager needs customer service skills because her rudeness make us prefer to live somewhere else. Also instead of giving us a preferred rate to renew our contract they raised it more than 20%
