This place is a joke. Half of the unit doors don't even work properly, any time you have an issue they tell you to wait till a manager comes out to the property which rarely actually happens. Moving my stuff out to a new facility today just because I'm tired of paying all this money for no assistance. ... Read more

I am in the market of getting a storage unit and called the facility manager to meet me and walk around the property. Farrah was quick to setting up a meeting and showed me 3 different size units! She told me me this property was just remodeled and that makes me me happy! Once I get ready to move in about a week I will be renting from this fantastic manager who went above and beyond to just show me units. ... Read more

Had no security or pest control of any kind when we rented storage, seals on doors are junk. It was close so we just got it. Just recently installed cameras but still no gate or fence but the cost of said "operations" keeps going up. Haven't seen much improvement at all. They just keep increasing rent for said "operations". Don't waste your money or time with these people. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at KO Storage - 911 Eureka Street include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by KO Storage - 911 Eureka Street start from $60 and can go up to $79 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
