Cici was amazing if you want a place that you know your stuff’s gonna be protected and safe. This would be the place to go no hassle. I reserved my unit online hasslefree I went there and it took a matter of 10 minutes tops to get everything situated and taken care of and anytime I called or needed assistance. They are always on top of things seriously I don’t think I’ve ever been to a storage unit where they were so professional and The most important thing for me is that cici made me feel important she didn’t make me feel like I was just another person you know and that’s big nowadays their units are extremely clean. There’s a gate code. I mean again if you’re wanting no hassle only takes a couple of minutes to get a unit. They’re clean reasonably priced and definitely on top Of things and I definitely felt like a person not just money walking through the door you know which nowadays is big big thing thanks cici you are awesome. I would definitely recommend the storage unit to anybody if you’re looking. And again, thank you cici For making it so easy for me and answering my questions you are truly one of a kind When going above and beyond . ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by FreeUp Storage - 3521 Frankston Hwy start from $35 and can go up to $174 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
