Nothing but good things to say about this place. They’re fair and reasonable. Won’t screw you over with a contract or increase in astronomical rates like most corporate storage units. Locally owned and operated too. Would highly recommend to anyone near by Spring / Klein. ... Read more

Extremely rude and slow customer service from the lady in the office. Facility is extremely poorly kept. Gate to get in and out of facility rarely opens when access code is entered even the buttons on the inside has to be pressed multiple times to exit the structure seems like a fire hazard. When I type my key code into the entry gate the keypad moves because it is not properly anchored and my finger does not properly push the button. I had to enter the code in five times. That's not really what upset me when I went inside to talk to the receptionist inside I was treated with attitude and was not given access to my storage area even upon showing state ID after having to drive all the way back home when I'm wearing a tdlr state ID in my work vest. It seems like the overweight lady who doesn't do anything but sit at a desk all day was extremely upset when all she had to do was hit a button. I already had to terminate my parking spot out of here due to poor management and the fact that the parking spaces are very poorly designed and force you to back in on the passenger side. But now it looks like I just need to pull my storage unit as well. Because it seems that this facility is just totally poorly maintained by that I mean gate does not function properly half the time there's trash all over the ground and paint is peeling off of everything and then on top of it you have some fat lady in the office that doesn't even want to get out of her chair to help you get in. It seems too run down, poorly operated for me and my men at my company to assess what we are storing. ... Read more

Sometimes, you just need a box van or moving truck. This U-Haul location is great to work with and veteran friendly. Good people, good location and good prices. C'mon, you know you're thinking back to Smokie and the Bandit the minute I said truck. Unleash your inner trucker with this U-Haul location. ... Read more

Darlene is awesome! She is both professional and courteous. I rented a unit to store a gift/vehicle for my son's 16th birthday. Since I was solo on this mission, I needed a ride back to my home (nearby). Before i could even order an Uber Darlene offered to give me a ride home. If that isnt 1st rate service, I dont know what is. Thank you Klein Mini Storage. ... Read more

My family had to downsize for a while and needed a place to store some of our belongings. From day one Klein Self Storage has helped to make this very easy. Our belongings have been safely stored and protected in their storage facility and I don't ever feel like I need to worry about any of our belongings. Darlene, who manages the office, is so sweet. She really cares about each and every family that comes through there. Thank you so much Klein Self Storage! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Klein Mini Storage - 7613 Spring Cypress Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
