DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! My wife and I went in here to rent a storage unit. We paid went back to open our empty unit 606 and look what we found. A whole mess of rat poo. We walked immediately back to the office and asked for them to refund us our money as we aren’t going to put our stuff in these units. The office person stated that they would have to cut a check from “corporate” and couldn’t refund our card because they don’t have the correct systems to run credit cards. They have to manually enter the number into the system. It has been two weeks and still no refund. Today I just received that storestuff has locked me out of the rat infested unit they attempted to rent me. Go ahead and auction off that rat poo I’m sure someone will pay good money for it. Oh and I never signed the contract because they forgot to have me do that part. So now they are charging me for a unit that I expressly denied because of the conditions as well as won’t refund me my money. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. The owner was even in there while we were renting the unit and just stood off to the side like a creeper and didn’t even introduce himself to customers. I do not suggest this storage facility at all. ****update I tried to call up there and was told that if I come up there that she is armed with a gun and will shoot me if I come up there and wait for management.***** ... ----Storage Renter Beware---- "I absolutely would NOT recommend Stor Stuff. My unit has been broken into twice, and each time the management has been completely unhelpful. The first time, the police notified me about the break-in, and the second time, I found out on my own. Management didn’t even bother to contact me! I’m missing over $3,000 worth of items and keepsakes that are irreplaceable. On top of that, there's a severe rodent problem that Stor Stuff won’t take responsibility for. Their contract actually states they’re not responsible for stolen items or rodent damage, which is ridiculous and feels completely unfair. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer belongings has caused me so much stress. My advice: stay away, read the reviews first, and find a storage company that actually cares." ... My boyfriend and I sought a summer lease with Stor Stuff as we were in-between apartments. We loved the rate, accessibility, security and staff so much that we have been customers for a year now. We store all of our important and valuable outdoor equipment and childhood knickknacks in a roomy 5 x 10. The staff here is so kind and helpful, the security of the property is great, and so is the monthly price. Great storage location for young professionals. ... Read more

Used them as a pick up location for Penske and the process was super easy. I’ve had bad experiences with previous pickups from different locations but Julie was great confirming everything and the guy we picked up from made the pickup process seamless too. Would definitely use them again ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Stor Stuff Self Storage - 1108 North Interstate 35 include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Stor Stuff Self Storage - 1108 North Interstate 35 start from $65 and can go up to $210 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
