I had a great experience setting up my storage! The online reservation process was super easy. When I arrived, Mireya was incredibly helpful, quickly guiding me through the rest of the process. Jasmine was suburb, courtesy, knowledgeable, polite, efficient. I felt better knowing my belongings was on the right place. I got the half off for the month and I won't see a bill until Sept. What more could you ask for. Jasmine even worked with me to get in contact with the other location which is where I truly wanted my storage. She is an asset to your organization and I am recommending my daughter use your facility instead of where she is currently storing her belongings. Thank you Jasmine for all you do for Public storage and I look forward to the pleasant conversation and the relationship I will have with you going forward... ... Read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING LEASE Initially service was good, customer service were very helpful with signing and getting lease situated. Move-in was smooth, no issues. Here is the concerning part. I have only been a renter for about 3 months and they are already increasing rental cost. I have called and asked what for and the only response I received was to stay competitive with surrounding rental places. That is ridiculous and a shady way to do business. I understand yearly rental increases, but to increase my rent only after 3 months by $25 is absolutely crazy. I wish I would have read reviews prior to signing, because it is apparent this is an issue that has not and will not be fixed. STAY AWAY ... Read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT HERE! I just set up an account with public storage at 151 and Ingram. The first storm that we had it rained and that rain seeped into my unit destroying thousands of dollars worth of material! As soon as I noticed I called the office and no one answered. I went to the office and no one answered. I finally received a call back from the person inside the office and was not even offered to move my belongings out into another unit!! Also they are making me go through the insurance I got with public storage and it turns out they are not going to pay full value of my equipment even though everything is brand new. This issue is caused by the unit not being built right so rain got in. It’s crazy that they will let me continue to rent that unit even though they know there’s a problem with it! I’m a small veteran owned business owner. The least they can do is offer me full value of my equipment. My business will have to take a loss because of Public storages poorly built unit. DONT RENT HERE!! ... Read more

I see why they pay them 12.39 a hour!! They don't care about you only want your money. Literally sat in front the building waiting patiently. Just to have the little girl say she was on lunch at 3:30pm. Thanks for unlocking the door after I got customer service on the the phone. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 9106 Ingram Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 9106 Ingram Road start from $35 and can go up to $290 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
