This location has consistently terrible customer service, but the biggest issue is the complete lack of carts, which makes the facility extremely inaccessible. On multiple occasions, I have walked all three floors searching for a cart and found none. The only time I located one, it was already being used by another renter, which is understandable since carts are first-come, first-serve, but that system is clearly failing. There are not enough carts to support customers, period. This is not a one-time issue. It has happened again and again. I have MS, and being forced to walk long distances throughout the facility just to find basic moving equipment is unreasonable and exhausting. A storage facility should not require customers with mobility or health limitations to physically struggle because management refuses to provide adequate resources. Blaming stolen carts is not an acceptable excuse. That is an internal security and management problem, not the responsibility of paying renters. Customers who pay monthly fees should not lose access to essential services because the facility fails to manage its own equipment. To make matters worse, I was once denied access to the trash area because it was locked. I was told the trash is “not for customers because it would get full.” That response clearly shows how little consideration is given to customer needs. Waste disposal, like cart availability, is an internal operational responsibility, not something customers should be penalized for. This location feels poorly managed, dismissive of accessibility concerns, and unwilling to provide even the most basic level of service. If you have health limitations, mobility concerns, or simply expect reasonable accommodations for the fees you pay, I strongly recommend choosing a different facility. ... Read more

Too hott at this place smh and there are never any carts EVER!!!! They close at 9 pm and they won't receive your packages. There is never anyone there anyway plus you better not need to go to the bathroom because it's locked up everyday all day. If your lucky someone is in the office if not you might just have a problem. Just incase you needed more the loading and unloading in both sides isn't level so you better hold on or have some help!!!! Lastly the gate is always opened so not what I would call secure smh after 6 months of this I'm finally moving out can't say I didn't give them a chance... or 6!!! ... Read more

Donna was very helpful and she is very professional. At closing time she didn't hesitate to to assist me. The employees are very nice however we tried to rent a second unit on late June, my family and i rented a U-Haul, we had to pay 50 $ a day made an appointment and none show up ,we did the second app and Danae didn't showed up also we have to return the truck two days later at least someone called to asked what's happened . We have to rent another competitor for the second unit. When we initially rented and after paying and signing the contract they didn't reflect in the account the cash payment and the credit and balance doesn't reflect an accurate amount , we had several phone calls trying to set it properly supposedly we should had credits , and the worst part was the entrance gate didn't open , none was at the office to help , the gate was denied .Two hours later finally was able to get access . The Manager, Kris’s, and her Supervisor, Kyle, were extremely accommodating. After having trouble with my previous storage company , Pack Rat, who could not provide me access to my container for a full week (although promised twice, Kris’s and her Supervisor went above and beyond my expectations by allowing Pack Rat to deliver my container to their property and allow me to unpack it in to my new storage unit.
