Read some helpful reviews of Maximum Mini Storage at 11063 Wye Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

My name is Craig Wilcots, and I moved to San Antonio from California. After four great years, I had to relocate to Killeen but plan to return to San Antonio one day. I needed a safe and reliable place to store my belongings, and I’m glad I found Maximum Mini Storage on Perrin Beitel The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I have peace of mind knowing my things are well taken care of. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality storage in San Antonio. Craig Wilcots ... Read more

Front office lady is so nice and friendly. Not a big fan on the price for unit's or how some have a door rather then a roll up door. Also the driveway lanes are a bit small tough to be able to go two vehicles wide but I've a unit here some 5 to 6 months and like it. Keep it up guys ... Read more

Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She showed us a unit without hesitation and answered all our questions. She was very informative and thorough. The unit is secure and bug free for an outside unit. The unit was reasonably priced for the size. I'm very pleased with the service. ... Read more

I rented a 10×10 here based solely on the reviews I read after a horrifying experience with another storage facility, which I will review later today. I was blown away by the friendliness of Shelley, the manager when I met her. She is a breath of fresh air!! She also is very efficient and helpful, going out of her way to get you the best price possible. And she does a fantastic job!!! I will never go to another storage unit....its impossible to find better people or rates!! ... Read more

This has been by far the best place I could ask to store my belongings. Ms. Shelly who works in the office is just the sweetest woman I've ever done business with. Her heart is really in it and has gone above and beyond to insure I keep my things. Consistently contacting me and staying connected to keep me updated on my rent and even at the times of my roughest points, when I was not able to pay. She always made sure to handle me with care... provide me with all my options, and always empathized...making it clear that she genuinely cared. Her approach was in such a way that made the troubles of my life truly lift off my shoulders, even if for a couple seconds....all the while my life was falling apart. We work hard for our things and this is the kind of service that we should receive everywhere... especially while paying money trusting it's safety... our home and at times all we have! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Maximum Mini Storage - 11063 Wye Drive include the following amenities: Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 45 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Maximum Mini Storage - 11063 Wye Drive start from $23 and can go up to $525 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
