I had an AMAZING experience at Storage Hub, and that’s 100% because of Kali. From the moment I walked in, she had the most welcoming demeanor, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
She didn’t rush me or try to upsell me. Instead, she took the time to show me several units before I committed to one, answered all my questions, and helped me confidently make the final decision. I explained my previous not-so-great experiences at other storage places, especially issues with not having enough carts and poor customer service and she actually listened. Kali was incredibly helpful. I stopped by to ask about a storage unit and found the office closed around lunchtime. I called and didn’t reach anyone at first, but Kali returned my call as soon as she was back. Even though she was the only person in the office and clearly busy, she still took the time to help me over the phone.
The facility itself is very clean, both inside and around the property. I also appreciate the security — access codes are required for the doors and elevators, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. They also have plenty of carts available to help move items, which is a big plus.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Cali absolutely deserves some recognition. She helped me and my dad secure an additional unit right near our original one—which was a huge win for convenience—and made the whole process smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable.

We reserved a storage unit online and came to the facility but couldn’t find our unit. We called the number on the door and Lorena came right down to help us without hesitation. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to assist.
Not only did she help us find the original unit, but she also went the extra mile to relocate us to a unit that was much closer to the loading dock and entrance—exactly what we needed! She made the entire process easy and stress-free.
