The people who work here are nice and helpful. However, as noted in other reviews, the facility has ongoing problems. There are regular ongoing issues with the doors and elevators. More importantly, extraspace pricing is bait and switch. They off super low intro rates then in just a few months the dramatically increase prices. For example, I have had my unit for about 4 months and I just got a notification they are increasing my rate from 155 to 233. That is a 51% increase. When I go online and check their prices for a similar unit the "web rate" is 110 and if you go into the office it is 200. This is just not this location it is what extraspace does. Veronica and Yvonne were super sweet and gave plenty of information throughout the entire process which made things easy to understand and sign up for. Location itself was clean and nice. When it says temperature controlled I feel it's a bit deceptive though. Individual units have no lights or temperature control to them, you only get the light and ac coming in from the hallways when your unit is open. If you're in there for more than five minutes it can get pretty hot and stuffy, especially if you're moving stuff around and doing physical work. In terms of price, my first month required adding insurance and also a fee for signing up which quickly added up. I ended up paying $90 for a $29 unit and then $40 the following few months with insurance included. Although this was adding up quickly, it was still low enough for my needs. After two or three months I got a letter in the mail saying my promotional price was expiring soon and I would start to get charged $58 plus insurance. This would probably come out to around $69 per month. I ended up moving out immediately as that's $40 more than I expected to pay a month. So basically; location was clean and well maintained, ladies at the front office were absolutely lovely, super informative, and helpful. Extra Space Storage as a company though....I might try out a different option if I'm looking for storage. If you're looking to get a unit really consider how valuable your stuff actually is and if it's worth all the fees and price increases. (It's probably not) ... Read more

Yvonne, the property manager. Went out of her way to ask if everything was ok so far while I was organizing my storage on the 4th floor. She offered to help me with anything I needed and then proceeded to follow up and help me more than I imagined. She also explained the elevator situation and apologized for it. By the way the elevator issue was a thing before she even took over here. So I think she went above and beyond in many ways. Yvonne has always helped me and she is great and always friendly….besides from the amazing/friendly customer service that is amazing here I do have a few complaints to make 1). I choose this place because it said temperature control, temperature control how??? It’s hot as hell In their it’s actually so hot that I had some candless melting already & 2) there’s no service in here it sucks I can’t get any cell service when I’m in my unit I need to keep walking outside to get some service and that’s wasting my time cause I need to respond to clients and I can’t while I’m inside . And the WiFi that you do have only works up to the restroom only which is so annoying and stupid . Why offer WiFi if it’s going to be very limited. Not a bad storage place as they go. It's air conditioning indoor style is nice when you are loading during the heat. They provide dollies, also nice. You enter your pass code too many times on entry for my liking, docked a star for that and I really dont think once you can open the gate that you need to open the door and then unlock the elevator afterwards. Seems excessive but then maybe I benefit from that added hassle in the security of my stuff kept in there. The price is reasonable as well, it it has a tiny place to unload. If you have a moving truck, good luck. You may have a space to do that, you may not. Depends on how busy it is. Not a lot of room for vehicles. The hallways inside are like a scene out of Severance, its a maze of white walls. I don't know it was I'll add later but this place is beautiful it's incredible! The web prices are ridiculous.. easily half of what everything else is and my neighborhood. I've always had a storage unit since I was young in college, the really help in keeping the clutter down in my home. Currently I'm temporarily handicapped in a wheelchair. I called in the evening and talk to an operator agent who took my information and locked in the rate.best unit close to the door Drive up with ground floor The units climate controlled I talked to a woman on the phone reserved and paid to hold it then I got to with Sarah and took care of the documents paper 6 months in advance because I don't want to lose this rate or this space. The team found the unit put a lock inside for me and gave me the gate code I was able to get in get my lock and set a few things inside.
