What customers are saying

Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 5310 Pointe West Circle, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I lost the key to my storage unit and immediately followed all the steps they provided to get the lock replaced. I filled out a form, and they told me it would be taken care of within a specific time frame. That deadline came and went and still, nothing has been done. Even more frustrating, no one is ever on-site, and trying to reach someone by phone is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered and there has been zero communication or follow-up. I’m paying for a unit I can’t even access, and that’s completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This level of service and lack of accountability is beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone until they make serious improvements. ... Read more

Straight trash. I recommend not using this place unless you want your stuff to be taken from you without notice even though they “said” they made contact. And customer service is straight trash never call you back never on site. ... Read more

Let me start by saying the staff at this location, Angela and her team, are fantastic. The issue with this facility is its ownership, Public Storage. My rent was $182 in September of 2023 and the most recent increase I got was to $255. A 30% increase in less than 18 months is egregious. To add insult to injury the advertised price for my unit currently is listed as an in store pice of $174 and an online price of $110. The storage facility is well kept and the myriad of technology issues they had when Public Storage took over seems to be behind them. The only thing that makes my view a 1 star vs a 5 star is the unreasonable increases in rent. Why do they seemingly want me to vacate my space and increase their vacancy rate and ultimately then rent to someone else for a much lower rate?! ... Read more

I recently rented a storage at this location, Paul was so helpful! He was very patient with all my chaos involved with my movers. I definitely selected the right place, because he helped me find the perfect size space for my situation. ... Read more

I had the pleasure of scheduling a visit with Angela. She was able to show me a couple of storage units that I was interested in. She answered all the questions I had in detail. Even after I rented a spot, I came back in with additional questions which she was able to answer. The storage unit is clean and I love the fact that you use a code to get in and out. I would definitely recommend. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 5310 Pointe West Circle include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 5310 Pointe West Circle start from $36 and can go up to $374 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
