Please take the time to read the reviews you have been warned! This place is an absolute hustle rate increase after rate increase. They get you moved in and they hike up the rates till you get fed up and move out. It is an absolute joke of a business model I worked my way all the way up to the corporate office and there is nothing they could do that is their company policy that they raise the rate every 90 days like clockwork most raises are upwards of $20 save yourself the trouble go across the street down the street anywhere but doing business with these corporate these jokers from out of town.. ... How do you charge my card before I sign the agreement? I have rented units before, the catch is you MUST buy there insurance in order to rent a unit. So, you charge my card, and then you show ke the lease agreement. I tried to opt out but my card was already charged. It’s fine. I will live with it. But no, not satisfied at all with the process ... Julian was great, unfortunately the 2 rate increases in 3 months absolutely suck. I understand that you need to make money and I am willing and able to do so, but it started at 29$ for a very tiny and crappy space. I have to fight with the door every time. You have raised the rent twice in 3 months which is very crappy. Not not happy at all with this company, two rate hikes in three months, wtf? I will be moving out soon. I have never missed a payment, and this is how this company treats you. Should be very ashamed of yourself on a corporate level. ... Read more

Excellent and prompt service! This a great location with great access and the facility is very very clean. I rented a 5x10 unit because I needed a place to leave some personal items while moving to a different state. Came back later and I honestly and willingly expected to find my unit with spiderwebs and or a critter/bug or two since it was a non-climate controlled unit, but when I returned 3 1/2 months later my unit and all my belongings were as clean and dry as I had left them. That sealed the deal for me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Move It Self Storage - 910 TX 100 Street #101 include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 420 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Move It Self Storage - 910 TX 100 Street #101 start from $36 and can go up to $450 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
