My wife and I stored our belongings here a couple months ago. We packed an entire 3 bedroom house into a 10’ X 20’ storage unit. This facility is extremely high tech and secure! We opened the door to access the building and the door to our unit with an app on our smartphones. The move out process was also super simple. I highly recommend this storage facility! ... Read more

Should’ve read the reviews. They told me how low the prices were and I chose to go with them. Not even a full 2 months in and my price gets doubled. They reel you in with the low price and make it seem like that’s the price it’s going to be forever or at least for a while. Then once you’re in, raise the price. They claim that they tell you this in advance when they don’t. You’ll just get a random email stating the price of your unit is going to go up out of nowhere. ... Read more

Moved here from out of state, and had all my stuff in a storage unit within 20 minutes. The signing process took less than 5 minutes. The building is clean and new and the locks are all build in and automatic. You unlock them and access the building with an app on your phone... Definitely legit. ... Read more

I will be cancelling the unit. never have i ever seen a facility that has more access to my property than I do. You can't even lock your own unit. the process is exhausting. I see the change in the future storages. I just don't want to be a part of it, too much inconvenience. ... Read more

So. The advertising is so misleading. Lowest prices (yep) but only a few months. You got me in with the low price but now my price has almost doubled. I get it’s a nice storage and it’s in a nice area, but I can’t afford for my price to double. You got me for November rent but not for any other months. Guess I didn’t read the fine print!! ... This is a first-class climate control storage facility. Very clean inside the building and outside. Easy to enter both the building and storage unit with an app on your phone. And the office personnel are extremely nice and helpful. Very satisfied with our use of Superior Storage, ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Superior Storage - 3821 McCann Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Kiosk Available, Parking, Keyless Unit Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Superior Storage - 3821 McCann Road start from $42 and can go up to $283 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
