I had an issue on a Saturday at office closing hours. Brian had no problem handling my issues instead of trying to clock out and start his Saturday. Extremely profession and a care to take care of me as a customer in need of desperate help instead of being just a number. We don't see customer service at this level much nowadays. Thank you Brian for your professionalism. ... Read more

Events surrounding my initial move in to my units were a nightmare but Brian was so helpful getting it all straightened out. He really went the extra mile where so many others do not in serving their clients these days! ... Read more

I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service I received at SecurCare Self Storage in Longview! Moving from Michigan to Texas has been a huge undertaking, but Brian made finding a storage unit one of the easiest parts of the process. From the moment I called, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to understand what I needed and found the perfect unit for my belongings. Brian made everything simple and stress-free—exactly what I needed during a big move. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access, but it’s Brian’s exceptional customer service that truly sets this place apart. Thank you, Brian, for making me feel so welcome in my new Texas home and for going above and beyond! Highly recommend SecurCare in Longview if you need storage—ask for Brian! ... Read more

Warren is the cool guy laid back and is always there to help you can't ask for much more than that out of an employee let alone a person. Me and my girlfriend had a great experience with our stuff being taken care of with them I highly recommend ... Read more

We were displaced by a fire at our home. Warren helped us find a suitable storage space for our belongings at the time of the incident. Space was the perfect size. Now that the restoration company has finished with our other belongings, we will be needing a larger space. Warren changed our arrangements so that we can move our things over to the larger space. The restoration company will begin moving the restored items to the larger storage space next week. His expertise in sizing and help with the paperwork needed for our insurance company took a tremendous weight off our shoulders and saved us money. I recommend seeing Warren at SecurCare if you are in need of concerned and caring service with a peace of mind. ... Read more

Experience has been overall great, however, I came to your facility today (have climate control storage). There is a unit two doors down that is pouring water out of unit and no number to call and employee is on lunch. There’s no way to let anyone know of this situation. No emergency management number. Nothing. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at SecurCare Self Storage - 3400 East Marshall Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by SecurCare Self Storage - 3400 East Marshall Avenue start from $47 and can go up to $324 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
