This place is amazing. Motion sensors inside the storage units. If movement is detected inside it sends a message to you. If you say it's not you. A message goes to the manager. If he suspects damage or break in he alerts the authorities. Jeremy is a very helpful and compassionate man. He took care of all of our needs. He went above and beyond his job to help us. Thank you so much. I'll be telling everyone about this place. ... Read more

Everything was good, the person I spoke with last Saturday quoted $37 for 10x15, but I was charged 41 + insurance and motion detector I think. But, I paid because we’re moving and really needed a place. The young ladies were pleasant though. The Entrance/Exit by the office is not working to Exit so I had to back the trailer around and Exit at the back gate. Other than that it was fine. All in all fairly good experience. Thanks, James Crawford ... Read more

I used this place for 5 years. Never had to talk to anyone in the office all that time because we followed rules and made payments. When it came time to move out they made it absolute hell. They are literally never in the office. Don’t bother calling because they don’t answer the phone. You can leave a voicemail and they might get back to you. My main issue is that they told me I could move out and pay my prorated rent by the 6th. On the 3rd my online access and gate code were suspended. Tried calling and leaving voicemails to pay but no help. They charged me a late fee when they said they wouldn’t even though I made every attempt to pay them. Left voicemails begging to let me pay them to be done with them. Finally get a call back to learn about the late fee. I tried being nice and working with these people but they have pushed me beyond anyone’s breaking point. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also the back gate is always broken. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Right Move Storage - 5103 Estes Pkwy include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
