This is such a clean facility, so easy to get in and out. I wanted to give a shout out to Ms. Patty, she is such a sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful site manager! When you walk through the door into the office she greets you with a smile and ready to assist. The office smells nice and is clean! ... Read more

The entrance to the office was well maintained and just clean. I was impressed by the office for speaking to Patty and even the service I received. From a fresh water to good conversation while getting my storage reservation. I chose this storage place because they do have interior lighting along the hallway and even inside each unit so when you open the door to your belongings you can expect to see a light inside. Dolly's are provided and I felt right at home when deciding it was the place for me. Thank you to Patty and Storage King USA. ... Read more

My experience with Storage King USA Highway three S. and League City Texas has been overall positive. However, the bathroom in my storage building has been closed for use since our area experienced a big freeze back in the winter. During times when the property manager is not there, there is no access to bathrooms. It limits the ability to work with the items in your storage unit for any length of time. This is a drawback. The sign says that it is closed until further notice. I don’t think anybody thinks of a storage unit as a permanent solution and I for one I’m continually trying to sort through my stored possessions to downsize and move them on. I can’t seem to be able to spend a lot of time there without access to restroom facilities so this has hampered my ability to work effectively there overall. The facility is charging extra for being a climate control facility. Indeed it has AC running in it. However some days are warmer inside of it. I now have fabric luggage, metal items and rattan items in storage there that are getting mold developing on them. I let the manager know about this problem sometime ago and she indicated that storage king had a set temperature that the buildings had to be kept at. Sometimes the buildings struggle to keep up with changing temperatures outside. This is also a drawback which is leading me to reconsider the storage facility where I am at. I visited the facility just yesterday and more of my items are developing mold on them. While there is no contract, which is a positive aspect of rental there, the cost for the locker increases incrementally on a regular basis with 30 day notice to customers. So don’t think that the price that you enter in at will stay that way for sometime. I am told that it is the cost of doing business. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage King USA - 2615 TX-3 South include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage King USA - 2615 TX-3 South start from $23 and can go up to $332 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
