10/4/25. Saturday. 2pm Interaction with team member mrs Gladys Extremely 100 % DISSATISFIED !!!!!!! She is always RUDE very unprofessional People communication skills especially in-front of other customers intentionally. She locks the doors during open hours on purpose so she can get work done and leaves customers/ myself outside . When I was knocking on the door she came out and said to not knock on the door because she was working/ doing paperwork and didnt want to be bothered. She is never curtious.!!!!!!!! If I know she is working on schedule I will literally not stop and go in the store because she stresses me out. However, Ms. Rebecca team manager is extremely 100 %. Patient kind always has a positive attitude perfect communication people skills. Always keep a smile & friendly always helpful in anyway she can . Never complains about work or customers. Because of her excellent customer service is only the reason why I continue with Kingwood / Northpark Dr location 77339 .public storage and ONLY. ONLY seek help / customer service by Ms. Rebecca ONLY !!!! 10 ?? ?? ?? ?? “s P ... Read more

BEWARE! Our outside unit was broken into several times. They don't have a fence behind the back units, people would cut through the metal into the back units. Public Storage admitted they have no cameras back there, when asked about moving inside was told they are broken into more often. When asked what they were doing to add more security, was told they were THINKING about adding more cameras. The young lady that gave me this info was not Gladys, Gladys is very kind and helpful. ... Greetings, smiles and appreciation are the pleasantries my husband and I received as we entered the facility. Our costumer service representative (I feel bad that I forgot her name) exuded the best customer service skills. She made the reservation process easy, fast and pain free. After gaining access, she then met us outside while unloading to make sure we were ok. Parking and retrieving a loading cart was simple. The facility was clean and well lit . Glad we chose Public Storage on Northpark ... Read more

0 stars if I could, These people took advantage of my situation they told me $120 then raised the price to $300 ONLY to find out THERES RATS & EGGS in the unit, Everything was pissed and pooped on so we had to throw all our furniture beds away to not risk exposure to disease. I am very upset these people are liars and I have talked to some people at this unit and they are being charged $150 for the same size unit I have and they are over here raising the price to $300 Ridiculous. ... January 2024: I drove 30 minutes today to drop off a couple things and pick a couple things up. The right elevator is broken, the same one that was broken three months ago when I came in October. Now the left elevator is also broken. I found an external door propped open and went up the stairs to my floor that way to access my unit. Tried to email a complaint to get something on record but cannot. The Virtual Assistant chat bot is useless. Why am I paying $200 per month for broken elevators and questionable security? When will the elevators be fixed and what will you do to remedy this situation? Edit: June 2024, I went to my storage unit and yet again one elevator was out of order with the same sign. There is always one elevator out of order each time I come here. Edit: September 2024, still only one elevator working but the paper "out of order" sign is gone. One elevator for the whole facility is probably fine until a busy day comes. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 755 Northpark Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 755 Northpark Drive start from $24 and can go up to $366 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
