Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 13210 FM 718, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Have been storing my RV here and there was recent issue with the gates not working correctly. Chrissy was quick to address the issue and even reached out when the problem was resolved. She went above and beyond what corporate allows them to do. Public Storage needs to create a communication process allowing the on-site management to send mass notifications to clients regarding issues and resolutions. Every time I have interacted with the on site staff they have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Will continue to rent space here. ... Read more

HORRIBLE. I will never be using another Public Storage again when in able to access my shit! Anytime i pay with my card inlune they say later say the $ was sent back to my car WHICH IT WASNT. Then say its a $20 late fee. i then pay the whole amount again + late fee and they continue to say it wasnt accepted and sent back which it WAS NOT put back on my card. And when they call me saying its late they say i can pay in money order. well ive been calling every day to see when they will be in the office to GIVE them the money order and guess what!! NOBODY EVER ANSWERS. ive went up there multiple times and nobody is EVER in the office. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I tried to put some more stuff in my storage a couple weeks ago and couldnt use the elevator bc it kept saying see manager. well nobody is in the office so how am i supposed to have access to my stuff???? This app super sucks. Nothing about it works. I was able to log in and give it access to everything and that's it. All you get are loading screens, need access? Loading, payment center? Loading. Don't bother it's just a waste of time. ... Read more

Amazing customer service! Rod is knowledgeable, professional and courteous! I had a lot of questions and he got all the answers! He gave me a tour of the building and showed where my unit was located. The facilities are clean, accessible and have convenient hours. Great experience! ... Read more

This place has crappy customer service. You can never find a dollie. So we end up taking lots of multiple trips with extremely heavy items. They only have one dollie and it's always in use. Every time we come it's super packed and there's no where to park. The elevators suck and you have to enter a long password each time to get up and down. And if you don't enter it with the right timing you can get stuck on the elevator because the keypad is on the outside. We tried to go to the office during working hours to close our unit but the office was closed in the middle of a weekday with no sign of when they'd return. For the amount of money you pay, you'd expect a better experience. Thank goodness we moved our stuff out and will not have to come back here again! ... Read more

I am very disappointed in the state of this storage facility in it's current state. It used to be All Storage then it was taken over by Public Storage. Of course, the rates went up. It is my hope by leaving this review some definitive action will be taken. Out of two elevators for a large four story building, only one is working. It has been this way for months. Those two elevators should have 6-8 flatbed carts. There is only one. I understand there have been thefts, but take action civilly or criminally or replace them. Out of two bathrooms that are both near one elevator by the office, only one is working. There is an out of order sign on the door. Out of the one that is working, there is no soap dispenser to wash your hands. Touch any handles on the way out at your own peril. At one time, this was a trouble free place to store your things. Now it appears neglected. I understand it is probably not the office staff, but the company itself. ... Read more

I have had my unit at the Public Storage in Ft. Worth at the 13210 FM-718 location for a few years now and I have never had an issue, nor needed help, until this past weekend. After accidentally leaving a container of very sentimental belongings outside my unit, I returned to the storage facility office with a heavy heart. That’s where I met Wendy Terry. With a calming attitude, this wonderful lady patiently listened to me, explained what she could and couldn’t do to help me and then proceeded to take charge of the situation. She was completely professional and compassionate and through her determination, managed to get my items returned to me. She’s definitely the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have. She definitely put the “ Merry” back in my family’s Merry Christmas! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 13210 FM 718 include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 150 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 13210 FM 718 start from $10 and can go up to $123 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
