This place is honestly terrible. There’s pretty much never anyone in the office, the customer device number is useless, they put a red lock on my storage unit even though I literally had a move out scheduled for that day, and the price of my exact same unit with no added improvements to the location went up $40 in the span of a year. ... Worse experience ever the manager Michelle is just like the others. She claimed they fired other management for fraud things but yet she sold my storage even tho I was current. Called customer service and never got emails back or calls. Never got to have a written agreement about a payment that was verbally agreed upon by the new manager Michelle. Never got help by customer support. She claims we never talked but changed her story 3/4 times. I have call logs that show I’ve communicated with her. And to top it off they recorded conversations so I know they have mine with her. She kicked me out of the office without hearing me out and lied even to my face kicked me out and locked the door treated me like trash. I’ve been a tenant for years and never have I ever not been able to talk to District Management or anything. I’ve even sent emails and yet I’ve yet to hear back it’s been weeks. They claim there is management at the site at all times but there is never anyone there. The site says that the storage has gate access but yet that gate has been up for months. And when I went to check on my storage one storage was broken into. I didn’t get any where yet I’m current and my storage got sold this morning after I was told I had till today 5:30. They took my payments and yet they sold my storage. I didn’t get to talk to no higher management because Michelle refused to help after it was her I spoke to. Michelle informed me they fired other management because of fraud things they were doing yet she sold my storage even tho it was current so she’s just as bad as them. She made it seem like she would work with me and stole my money and sold my storage I wish I can give her and this storage place lower sad thing is they change management so many times that the store space is going down hill. It’s nothing like it was back then. No customer service no good management no district manager no assistant manager. ... Read more

They hire people that love to steal from there customers storage units. I'm sure Derek is ok with it if he's still the district manager. Look at the oak cliff property it's wide open , gate open and everything, the fence is still cut from 2021 that property went to hell once we left ?? ?? I'm sure the lady they have in oak cliff is stealing since she likes to auction off units that are paid for... GREAT JOB MICHELLE ?? ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Store Space Self Storage - 3316 Hansboro Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 35 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Store Space Self Storage - 3316 Hansboro Avenue start from $60 and can go up to $460 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
