Had to make a change, the staff at 10 Federal Storage made it seamless! From the very beginning i was reassured there would be no problem & when all was said and done…. There were no problems! I would recommend 2121 S Burleson if you’re looking for a storage. ... Read more

Do not do business with this company. They steal stuff from these units and then take pictures of them to post them for auction. Went with my buddy to get a unit and more than half of the stuff was gone. They wouldnt help my buddy out driving so fare to get the unit or nothing. Just said sorry. Manager was rude and disrespectful. And the unit in question got reposted later as a manager unit. ... Read more

Go anywhere but here! This place likes to run without having actual people involved, so it's a total ?? show. I have two units there, one has their lock on it and the code "wasn't available ". It literally takes hours to get anyone on the phone, so accessing the one unit hasn't been possible going on 4 days now, yet it's fully paid up to date. It's inexcusable! They don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone. It's truly unbelievable. We intend to move out of this place asap. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! After a million emails, threats etc, I finally got a call providing the combination for the lock they unlawfully put on our unit. Only to open the unit and find it has been ransacked. Only people with access would be those working for 10Federal Storage. SERIOUSLY DON'T USE THIS PLACE! ... Read more

The worst experience ever. Their website did not work for renting units and their office is completely unmanned! I spent an hour walking through their website just to get an error message saying I had to get automotive approval and I was t even storing a vehicle. After their website wouldn’t work I went into the location to find it completely unmanned, and they had a large touchscreen which when you got to the point of filling out, the rental application had no keyboard to be able to type. More wasted time. So then I called their phone number walked through the entire process for the fourth time with a live person just for them to set me up with a storage unit in Georgia even though I’ve already given them my home address, which was in Texas. Then they switched over to the Burleson location and then wouldn’t offer me a promotional discount because I’ve been a customer with him before. So I completely wasted 3 to 4 hours in my life trying to get a storage unit with them just to be charged for one in Georgia and then not be able to get a promotion rate. Worst customer service ever. ... Read more

Locks on units were cut. Multiple units broken into. There was never any report given to the tenants and they never attempted to reach out even after I reported the issue to them. Police were called and report filed. Officer reported that the cameras at the facility are very poor and never show any usable images to try and help catch the people. ... Read more

UPDATE!! So i have been trying to get a hold of management for 3 weeks now, and no one has got back with me and was hung up on the day before yesterday. About 6 weeks ago i had called about the units not having electricity, also every time i would go to get something out water bugs would come out. So i needless to say i wasn't there for about a month. I went back and my unit was unlocked and a bulb was screwed in and left on. No one had the decency to send me an email to let me know and they left my storage unlocked which I think was very unprofessional. I'm not happy camper and still waiting for someone to get back to me on this.?? There is trash. It doesn't look like anyone does any upkeep on the place , bushes are overgrown, and God forbid you have to use the restroom . It is disgusting, and the light doesn't work. I'm not happy with this establishment ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 10 Federal Self Storage - 2121 South Burleson Blvd include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Kiosk Available, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 10 Federal Self Storage - 2121 South Burleson Blvd start from $17 and can go up to $249 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
