DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE AT ALL!!!!!! The management that stays there Tracy an her son are most definitely stealing out of units. My unit was cut from the top an picked through box for box... They even tried to zip tie it back like I wouldnt figure it out.... The cameras mysteriously don't work and her son who stays with her in the building, who is always outside smoking when I come didnt see my stuff getting stolen. This wasn't a quick grab situation, they had many hours to pick through all my stuff and pick an choose...kinda like after closing hours... The owner doesn't care and management is taking advantage of the situation... One way in and out building and you have to pass by the management office/living quarters...make it make sense A ladder was use for sure to crawl on top of the unit... Tracy was very nonchalant about the situation which through RED FLAGS for me since she actually stays there and confirmed that 4 other units had been broken into also..go figure ... Read more

If you want a good place where managment will not watch their building / your storage unit and your stuff gets stolen this would be the right spot for you. Funny how this place has one entrance which you have to walk by the Management's office/ living quarters and the cameras that go down the hallway where my storage unit was were turned facing the wall and their maintenance had changed out the lights in my area of the building the week before I noticed my stuff was stolen but nobody knows nothing. Oh yeah one more thing I forgot to mention they cut a hole in top of the wire roof in my storage unit climbed through with a ladder to steal over $2500.00 worth of my stuff by lifting it through the roof in a business that has cameras, one entrance and closes at 8 pm . Only reason I put one star it does not give you the option of negative stars !!!! ... Read more

Been there over a year and happy i went there to rent a storage unit. Tracy was great to deal with when I got behind on my bill, let me catch-up and worked with me, without any attitude or problems. Super cool lady! ... Read more

Since management changed a while back, have had several billing problems and had our unit locked out because of it. Difficult time trying to resolve situation to get to our stuff. Facility is run down, not well lit, and floors are not in good shape. Pricing is decent. Their outside storage (RVs, lowboys, trailers, etc.) Is great. Plenty of room and gated. ... Read more

Don’t waste your time... the person managing this place is either prejudice or trying to rip off customers. There was 1 available space that fits what I needed to park and she denied me from that available spot and encourage me to break up what I needed to park and pay twice the amount. On top of this, spaces are tight for outside parking. Trucks are dangerously parked so closed together and overlapping to another space. Not sure if kiosk is true of the width size for outside parking. As far as security, didn’t see no cameras and gate left open all the time. There are plenty of business around with better amenities and at a competitive price at only $5/month difference... I can sleep better. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Spot - 75 North Major Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
