My storage unit was broken into….they had old number so they were not able to get my home phone understandable…..they emailed me twice only to tell me that my card didn’t go through and that was at the first of December……. But no mailing me saying my card was declined until end of December knowing it’s always paid and it’s paid on the 1st and 7th of each month….I could of put money in it…..but most of all I’m mad about is that they didn’t mail me saying my storage unit didn’t have a lock on it anymore….I didn’t receive a email about the lock not being on my storage unit….Nothing I can do About it….they can’t look at the camera do to security isn’t great there….apparently half camera work and half doesn’t…..my family has had this storage for years and all of a sudden things go wrong and someone breaks into my storage unit….I couldn’t tell you what all was took because it’s a disaster in there now….I am so angry that they didn’t try to reach me over my mail until payment wasn’t made then they reached out with mail….that I haven’t received yet and she said she mailed it last week ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at North Loop Mini Warehouses - 2202 NE Loop 7 include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
