They're letting thieves break into the storages that aren't gated in at their office. The owners said they don't care about the storage units outside the fencing, that the storage units off their office property aren't good for anything but the money. All at the expense of the renters of the outside units property getting stolen. I personally had a call from the owners after office hours today saying my storages we're broke into again. One was already broke into last week 5/24/22 & now that one & another one broke into yesterday 5/30/22 paying $90 a month just so the owners can let ppl break into my storages should be illegal. Owners refuse to put up cameras. Owners said it's not their problem they just keep the storages rented for the money unfortunately all at the expense of the renters getting their stuff stolen. A total of 16 storage units broken into 5/30/22. Their in town storages units were also broken into last week 5/24/22. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Graymac - 101 East Farmers Avenue include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager and Gate. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 64 to 216 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
