Went there today for a new screen protector, I have the screen protector plan where I get them for 10 dollars after it cracks, the idiot I was greeted by took off the screen protector I currently have then realized they didn’t have any to replace it with, he then told me I can buy one for 57 usd. Came in with a screen protector that was slightly cracked and left with nothing protecting my phone. Won’t be coming again ... Read more

Last time I came to this location, I was greeted by Cristal. She was exceptional; helped me out doing my upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro and also the accessories with it, which I was able to finance as well and not pay that much out of pocket for everything. This location has new management since the start of this year and you could tell they’re trying to redeem themselves from past management which was not great! Anthony Hdz, store manager was very professional and asked me if my experience was good. Even if it was; he asked me if I felt my experience wasn’t good, what was one thing they could’ve done better… and for me, that’s great customer service from Alamo location. ... Read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case I had to. I've been to a few different stores(travel for work) & countless times left unhappy with the store professionals being unable to help me. I was about to switch services, decided to give it one last go and found this store nearby. I've never in my life, had as professional/great service as I did in this store. Aldo helped me fix my issue(which turned out to be pretty minor) and while doing so the entire time was extremely patient, and kind with my questions/concerns. I'll 100% be back here thanks to Aldo, and the AT&T Team! Hell I'd buy another phone if I needed TWO after my encounter!!!! Thanks so much guys! What an awesome company!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Alamo Stock-Lock - 1401 West Duranta Avenue include the following amenities: Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, First Floor Access and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Alamo Stock-Lock - 1401 West Duranta Avenue start from $48 and can go up to $130 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
