The house is very old. Need update. The rent is high for this house. We pay a lot for electricity .

I am still waiting for Lauren to get on the phone so I can resolve my final bill. First she didnt answer because of computer problems. Now she keeps deflecting me when I respond to email. Then she was on vacations x many times. Why is it so hard for someone to pick up a phone? I had maintenance requests that were NEVER fulfilled that were put in almost 2 YEARS AGO. This team couldnt even put a renewal together so that I could finish out the intended time of my lease which is ultimately why we didnt go through April. Because this team couldnt put a lease together. It's embarrassing.

House was not ready before moving in, we didnt find out till after. Was not cleaned, filters were not change, AC unit broke twice, attic was sealed off so we have no access. Fireplace was broken and had birds living in it, sprinklers heads are broken and we still have not found the unit that turns them on (was told to look in the garage several times. Thats the first thing we did. It's not in there) Admira is the only person who knows how to pick up a phone, didnt hear from Jordan until I told her I would call her everyday until he called me. Ravi is the only person at the call center who knows how to put in a work order. If I ever get anyone else on the phone it does not get put in (which is why we sat in an 85 degree house for a week when our AC broke the second time.) Holes in the roof which meant water leaked through our fan whenever it rained. Trash and supplies left by contractors in the garage (Still there 3 months later!!) Everyone from maintenance has been great, Tim and George are the two names I remember. But yeah wouldnt have touched this house if the market wasnt the way it was but this just reaffirms why I refuse to go through property management. College apartments treated their tenants better than this, and I lived in Denton (home of some of the shittiest student living complexes.) We got a 250 credit this month so I guess thats neat but that compensation is quickly forgotten when the doors fall off their hinges when you open them, which funnily enough happened to me this morning. Hope this review helps to make sure you find a new process for checking homes before you allow it to be put on the market but I highly doubt it will change.
