Love the house.Have had a hard time with getting First Key to hold up their end of the agreement. Took 8 months too get a problem solved that started in May. The service we received was not good. We had to make multiple calls on our own time to get this situation rectified. That is NOT how residents should be treated that have never been late on any payments in 3 years and this feels like a bad experience for us. It should not have taken this long and First Ket definately should have been more proactive in their approach. The mistake was on your end as 2x we were approved by First Key only to betold it was wrong,you sent the email! To continously add charges to our account that we were paying for was completely unacceptable. Finally right before the New Year the problems were miraciiously clerared up, but why hurry it was only MY money not yours. Very unpleasant experience and the fact that it took so long is indefenseable. I hope some changes are forth coming because this does not look good for a property management company

I love living here although prices are getting more like the Dallas area which is why I moved here from Lewisville. I hope they continue to be little cheaper in the future, the price of all is going up and I understand but it has to end somewhere, we are all not rich and have 6 figure incomes. Just saying!!!

we have lived here since May of 2020, it has been great other than issue with the HOA not communicating well and sending out letters of fines attached to your account but no way of knowing what you are fined for, just a code and when you call to find out the staff either doesn't know or isn't interested in helping you. Admira Kacevic has been an absolute godsend helping with this matter.

My brother and I have lived here for over 2 years, I really like this home and area with the exception of the traffic and HOA issue. I have never been able to use this amenity, I understand the covid situation we were in 2020, but it wasn't that way in 2021 or 2022. I tried last month but they (First Key Home) didn't send the appropriate information on my behalf. I wanted to use this with my grandson but that is no longer an option. He has moved. This is one thing you can absolutely eliminate- HOA's they don't provide the services they say they do
