too bad they don't value good tenants

Unfortunately this company is money hungry. They don't even provide yearly upkeep of a/c, but want to increase rent $210- basically putting out good paying tenants. You have to qualify with 3 times the rent, but when they increase it, they don't care if you qualify or not. They won't negotiate to keep a good paying tenant either. They won't sell you the property nor let you improve the functionality or value of the home either. Me, my granddaughter and disabled mother that I take care of are being forced to find someplace else with very short notice. That's not a company you want to put your family's life in their hands. First key homes has shown me they don't appreciate nor value my paying on time nor taking care of the property. Never had a complaint on me ever.. but they are kicking us out just because of greed.

I wish this was a rent to own.. it has everything I need and all the space I need.. I'd love to be able to fix it up permanently

Love this house wish it was for sale. Plenty of space.. quiet street.. very nice home. Garage attached and this home has privacy fence back yard.
