It is a rather old home 70's or 80's. It has been one issue after another since I moved in. Not the property managers fault. They have tried to keep up. Issues we have dealt with! OMG! Clogged pipes from kitchen and bathroom. Replaced garbage disposal twice after unclogging pipes and replumbed under sink. Replaced the dishwasher twice, thr gas toilet in back bath too. It ran my water bill up to $600. The gas range quit working and it took months to get a replacement. The hot water tank had to be replaced too. A shower wall literally collapsed and had to be rebuilt. The pool filters and pumps did not work properly for two years, but they are working fine now finally! We have no gas to the fireplace, but that is a non issue. Outside pipes have frozen and broken. And the underground electric feeding the house had to be replaced. Took 3 months. I had trenches in the backyard for 4 months from ATT installing fiberoptics. Finally, THE HOUSE IS HAUNTED by a little old man that at least 8 people have seen. It has been a trying experience. And $700 electric bills when AC runs in summer. What do you think???

The maintenance has been very good although they had issues getting the pool under control. Seems to be okay now!
