As an optional alternative to the security hold, guests may opt into the standard damage waiver in lieu of a deposit (see House Rules & Policies below for current terms). Guest communications and the guest info portal run through the Happy Guest platform (app-free, web-based). House Rules & Policies Pets: dogs only, 50 lbs or less, 2-dog maximum. Pet fee: $250 per pet, per month. Guests must clean up after pets- animals may not be left inside alone unless crated (crate not supplied) and are not allowed on furniture. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use. A smoke-detection device is installed in the unit — a $500 fee applies if smoking is detected, and guests will be immediately removed with their stay forfeited. No parties allowed — hosting a party is grounds for immediate removal with no refund. Damage waiver: $150/month, non-refundable.
