I had my tail gate stolen out of my driveway

Me and my family have been in this property for about 5 years and taken good care of it as we can but its old and things are falling apart. When I request for things to be fix the response is slow or none at all. Like right now there are holes in the roof that have squirrels and small animals going in and out of. We pay monthly for ABC Pest to come out and spray to keep rodents out but we can not get maintenance to fix this issue. The backyard fence fell 2 weeks ago from a storm we requested to have it fix. A vendor contacted us but never followed up. our yard is exposed to the neighbors very poorly maintained yard now and neighborhood dogs are constantly roaming through our yard cause of it now. Really wish the service was much better. Especially considering we ALWAYS pay rent on time!
