All pets are subject to standard Pet Screening and breed restrictions. Our Resident Screening: We believe in long-term, successful relationships with our residents. To ensure a great fit: Thorough Credit, Eviction, and Background Checks are performed on all Occupants of the Home Proof of Income, 3 References, and Bank Statements required to apply Renter's Insurance required (very cheap and protects you as well!)
