The spacious house is 4.5 miles from Cornell, 5 miles from the commons. - The room is not furnished - Washer and dryer are in the house - Attached 2 car garage - Air sourced heat pumps for heating/cooling, along with a wood stove - Deck overlooks a good-sized fenced yard - There's also a fenced-in garden space I have two dogs, so I prefer no more pets, unless they stay in your room. Rent is $800 per month for the room, plus utilities (internet and electricity). One room is available now and the other will be available early July.
