Great Place to Live

I've been living here for a while now, and overall, it's been a very positive experience. The property is well-maintained, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the management is generally responsive to maintenance requests. The amenities, such as the laundry facilities, are conveniently located. The units are spacious and have a good layout, though a few updates (especially in the kitchen and bathroom fixtures) would make a big difference.

No Conplaints

House is nice and will suffice for college living. Obviously could be better, but overall no complaints.

Charming Apartment, Walking Distance to Campus

I loved the charm of apartment no.2, it had the original wood paneling, reminded me of living in an old Victorian home in England, and I had great natural light. I appreciated having my own private entrance and access to a back patio. I felt at home immediately when I moved in. I also lucked out and had great neighbors, everyone looking out for each other when it came to packages, etc. On top of that, I was within walking distance to campus, never had to drive, and if need be, there was a bus stop right on the corner which was perfect for if the weather was a bit nasty outside. I really enjoyed my stay at 106 Lake Street, apt 2.

Fair conditions for such a price

The conditions in general were OK, maintenance reply was very slow. Really liked heating here due to quick responses to weather conditions. Would be nice if residents will pay the rent according to their room sizes (by mentioning in lease) since some places have smaller and bigger rooms.
