The maitenance staff clearly cares, are good at their job overall, but are very overworked/understaffed. The rent is far too high for what you’re getting. Probably the most egrigious offense is the mold. Whether it is on the windowsills, in the closets, or over the kitchen sink, it’s a huge problem, and a health hazard.

I've had a few maintenance issues that are not emergent but have been known about for a year and not fixed. I do not have a cover for a light in my kitchen and the ripped up floor in my bathroom has not been fixed. I've been told it would be gotten to, but never did. Location is great, a short walk from campus. Noise is quiet, nice for reading by the window. Animal friendly, which is nice. Parking has never been an issue.

I have lived here for a little less than a month and I really enjoy the location - I feel I am in a quiet area and am also able to reach amenities - though this wouldn't be possible without a vehicle. I feel that it is a good distance away from campus but close enough to walk. I have had quite a few issues with my place upon moving in but they all have been taken care of by really caring maintenance - though I do wish all of these things were addressed before moving in. Overall the location is great, it is fairly quiet though the walls are thin, I feel taken care of and it is a beautiful area - especially if you are a runner.

If your faculty building is located in North campus, this is the perfect place to live. I'm AAP student and it takes only 15min by walk from here to Milstein hall. It's cheap but fine and really quite.
