Great Location

I love that it is walkable to the Cornell Biotech Building (25 mins walk), and the 32 bus runs right to the apartment. Great price for the size too!

Overall a nice pick close to campus

It's super close to North Campus, including the new Morrison dining hall that is convenient when one doesn't want to cook dinner. The apartment is very spacious and has good ventilation. Plenty of green areas. Parking is easy, and great location for bus. There is a large patch of forest and grassland right across the road and I have enjoyed walking there to relax and breeze some fresh air. The downside is that the laundry room is not cleaned as often as it should be. It's a bit close to undergrads so sometimes they can be noisy, but overall the apartment is very quite on regular days.

Safe and Comfortable

I have lived here for 3 years now in this complex and apartment. The landlord is very easy going and all of the maintenance men are very nice, I have never felt uncomfortable having any of them in my home. The only downfall is with it being a bigger company they are overloaded with maintenance requests and smaller ones sometimes get lost in the shuffle. With that being said, if you call and explain the situation they make it a priority to come within the day. The location is great with lots of safe walking/running options and a yard which is great for people like me who enjoy to be outside. It is pet friendly which is also a huge plus! The rent is relatively reasonable for the area especially since utilities minus electric are included! The apartment is cozy and, though small, for two people it doesn't feel cramped.

Convenient location to Cornell and Bus Routes

The apartment here is great for two or more graduate/professional students to rent from (assuming they don't mind using a coin-operated laundry setup which is the only major downside). You live right next to TCAT 30, 31, and 32 which take you virtually anywhere you would need to go in the Ithaca area. Parking is great, and if you wanted to walk to campus when the weather is nice it is on level ground and about 20ish minutes.

Need to upgrade

I think the property should be upgraded and maintenance should be better. Its an old apartment and therefore furniture and bathrooms are really old style and maintenance requests can take a year.
