it's a quiet place, only several minutes to the North Campus and 15-20 minutes of walk to the Central Campus. Three bus stations nearby with 5+ buses to all places in Ithaca. The rent is reasonable and the staff are friendly.

I have lived here for one year and it has been an awesome experience. My apartment is so nice and includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. The area is quiet and the law is beautiful. The apartment complex is a short walk from Cornell and there is always parking available in the parking lot. Bob, the property manager, is the best and really cares about his residents. Highly recommend living here!

We rented this place, sight unseen. It has been so great to live here. We love the location, the neighbors, and the staff. Good spot to be in Ithaca and live super close to Cornell.
