Tenant is required to maintain front of house trees and bushes with weekly watering and bush trimming and weeding when necessary. Tenant must maintain clean/swept sidewalks front and side of house. Owner will provide home warranty service plan that will manage most if all house repairs and appliance problems but require tenant to first get landlord approval and then arrange appropriate service call and repair appointment at tenant's disposal and also pay for each service call charge.
