The security gates have not really worked since I moved in. The rear gate on Buena Vista is always open, allowing the homeless to freely enter and rummage through the trash for recyclables. I know people probably find it inconvenient to wait for the gate to open, but it seems pretty important given that gas stations and 7/11 just down the street have been robbed on a regular basis recently.

This our first year living here! We had a but of a bumpy start with parking, ants, plumbing, and malfuctioning utilities, but once those were taken care of we were fine. Ants were more consistent than we expected. What we love the most about living here is the location! Its near everything, is very family centered, well maintained aesthetically, and the Summer House staff help as much as they can when asked. There are some improvements that we think can be made such as updated locks for the buildings, at least 2 parking tags, guest parking, and more effective pest control. Overall, nothing that is impossible. We enjoy loving here!!

So far enjoying the apartment. Waiting on a few maintance items but i was assured they wiuld be fixed. I understand theyre changes in the management and theyre working to fix the parking issues. I would actually prefer assigned stalls. Dur to my schedule parking can get hectic, some stalls are small and people park over the line to avoid car being scratched which limits the parking further. Assigned bassd in location would be better.
