I have lived here for about 7 months now and have really enjoyed this apartment! The location is unmatched, and the apartment is spacious and fits me and my partner perfectly. Being in Center City obviously comes with some cons, like the loud drivers on Walnut Street, but the proximity that we are to so many amazing restaurants, parks, and other public amenities completely outweighs the negatives. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient. There are some aspects of upkeep that could be a bit better. For example, our apartment was not cleaned upon moving in, and the washer and dryer that are shared amongst everyone in the building are not great quality (my clothes always end up still wet after a drying cycle). There have been some other little things, mainly pertaining to cleanliness in the basement and upon moving in, but in all I feel this unit is worth it!

I got what I pay for and I’m happy with my choice. My apartment might lack luxuries and certain amenities but the location makes up for it. I like the fixtures, the storage space and the high ceilings that help cool down the space. Kichen area is smaller than optimal but i moslty eat out so its not a problem for me. So far I haven’t had any maintenance issues so i can’t rate their efficciency at dealing with management tickets. Although, the asistant property manager seems to be readily available and always replies to my emails in 1-3 hrs. I recommend this apartments for young people withput family who don’t mind guving up some amenities in lieu of a great location at a reasonable price

The Property Manage Ms. Robinson does an excellent job managing The Willows at Mount Vernon Apartments. She's very respectful, pleasant and nice.

Since the first day I moved in it’s been hard having issues addressed. Beginning with the wrong code I was given on moving in day, to my washer dryer needed to be replaced, to not having a trash can which I was told was ordered and still haven’t received yet. I can never reach anyone via phone and when I do they’re very reluctant to actually resolve my issues rather than fix things.

I have lived here 8 years; the staff is great and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

I love living here cause i like all the staffs i like that all stores is walking distance i like the exercise rooms & i like the swimming pool.

Conventient going to work and grocery store in hair salon

it is very quite, close to grocery stores. This neighorhood is okay, people are freiendly, and helpful. T apt is well kept there is no sign of bed are anything else.

The view from the terrace is amazing, the parking garage is really convenient and the apartment itself is very large with a really nice kitchen.
