The experience of living here is great. One downside is we sometimes have a bad smell in the hallway.

Overpriced considering that other properties in the area provide amenities at lower rent costs like a gym or parking. The maintenance staff is friendly but will mutter insults under their breath at you and often times you need to put in multiple requests before they take your issues seriously.
