A Most Excellent Place To Live

Embassy is a nice place to live. The location provides easy walking access to where I need to go, i.e., CVS, Target, Trader Joe's, & Dunkin' Donuts, as well as a large choice of restaurants and other retail locations. The building is extremely quiet and clean, and any maintenance issues are addressed rapidly and efficiently. The staff is great, too, especially our site manager and her staff, and most especially, the 24-hour front desk staff (Ryan, Aaron, Nadir, and Mikal). My neighbors have been invariably friendly, polite, and high-quality. The most attractive amenity, to me, is the gym. Absolutely top-shelf equipment is available, and the space is huge...no crowding here. On the one occasion that a treadmill was down, it was repaired within 48 hours. I use the gym 5-6 times a week: it is a significant asset to my quality of life. The most glaring problem is the lack of investment by the property management group (PMC) in maintaining the elevators. It seems than a band-aid approach is being taken when the elevators are not available, which is often (at least it seems often.. On one occasion, BOTH lifts were out and we had to be transported in the freight elevator. In a 14-story building, this is a sore spot.
