Road access in the front for our cars, and side for the truck was quick and convenient. Everything is clean and quiet. Just a short walk to the subways. And great for those with pets.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Feb 25, 2022Just moved into the building this month. All staff from management to super to concierge seem wonderful. Was a little disappointed to have to pay an amenity fee after being told that the building did not have an amenity fee. When we applied for the apartment there was not amenity fee associated with the apartment and we feel that should have been grandfathered in. Other than this issue everything seems to be good.
