Resident for 3 years. Rent is becoming expensive and all the extra fees added have become high.
Rumble Boxing Noise
I have lived here for nearly 2 years. Rumble boxing opened a few months ago. They open extremely early. Often it is at 5:30 am. They have highly amplified music and voices that radiate into the stairwells and directly into the apartments located near the end of the building where they are located. When complaints have been voiced to management the solution offered was you can break your lease and move. Obviously, there is an issue they can not solve or wish to address. Save yourself the aggravation and expense and find a different apartment to rent. I will be moving!
Avoid
Unfortunately I must post this review to make other prospective renters aware of the noise being created by Rumble Boxing. It radiates into the building and is a constant annoyance from early early morning and through out the day. The solution management has offered is to break the lease early or move at my expense to a different end of the building. Other tenants have expressed the same issue to management. If you’re going to consider renting here make sure your apartment choice is no where near Rumble Boxing.
