I've only been here a month but I've enjoyed it so far. The neighbors are all very nice, and the roof/laundry both are accessible/functioning. Management has been very responsive so far.

The neighborhood is pretty good if you go towards the Bushwick collective side. Some good restaurants and bars close by.

It is life changing to wake up in the morning and see sunlight in your living room. Moving from lower east side to buswick has made such a wonderful difference in my life. I went from having no windows, to having so much incredible sun light enter my room and rest of apartment. Its amazing.

It's a lovely home, but it's overpriced and the windows/vents leak when it rains. Landlord tries to be responsive but it's clear he has a ton of other places to watch. Overall, it's great here, I'd say better than other places I've lived but certainly not a 5/5 experience.
