There recurring issues with kitchen sink always overflowing.

The elevator breakdown constantly. The sink keeps clogging and backing up. It took several repairs and we were constantly accused of dropping oil into the sink. The root of the issue which later found out was very old pipes in the basement and we suffered with flooding in our unit

Elevator is always broken. Can't cook properly. Smoke detector is super sensitive or something is wrong with gas range.

I've been here for almost 10 years and have watched the building slowly become dirtier and less cared for. Elevators and other functions are constantly going out. Common areas are worn out and starting to look shabby. Service staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Building management is another story.

When I first moved in, the apt do not appear to have been properly vetted out. There's lots of issues such floor having scratches, the kitchen was hanging, bathroom light wasn't replaced. I have to report it and it was addressed pretty quickly but it would have been nice if someone had thoroughly inspected these issues prior to our move in. There are still some issues I have raised that does not appear to be something that will be addressed as per maintenance such as the burner is not lighting up properly so I just have to do a work around and use a lighter, the windows are filthy and they said there's an annual scheduling to clean it, and the washing machine/dyer door seems to be detachable.
