Building is down on it's heels.

I've been here for almost 10 years and have watched the building slowly become dirtier and less cared for. Elevators and other functions are constantly going out. Common areas are worn out and starting to look shabby. Service staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Building management is another story.

When I first moved in, the apt do not appear to have been properly vetted out. There's lots of issues such floor having scratches, the kitchen was hanging, bathroom light wasn't replaced. I have to report it and it was addressed pretty quickly but it would have been nice if someone had thoroughly inspected these issues prior to our move in. There are still some issues I have raised that does not appear to be something that will be addressed as per maintenance such as the burner is not lighting up properly so I just have to do a work around and use a lighter, the windows are filthy and they said there's an annual scheduling to clean it, and the washing machine/dyer door seems to be detachable.

Great Staff

I have lived here with my family since the building opened. Many of the day to day staff/front desk/ maintenance folks have been here since day 1 and are the best! While the building is definitely starting to show some aging and the construction everywhere is noisy and annoying- the folks who have lived in the building and been working in the building are great people. The management staff - is hit or miss. We are in a lull at the moment but have had great people in the past who really make it a fun place to live.

Good Building w/ some issues

We have liced here since the buildinf firsr opened. We loce the day to day ataff and they have become like family. The building is definitely showinf its age with every thing started to fall apart. we are constantly having to call maintenance. Maintenance is fantastic but the building needs help. We finally got new outside furniture after years of complaining and getting splinters but only have seem to have made it and half the Courtyard is without any place sit instead of keeping what we had until the furniture arrived. The management company is constantly nickel and diming the tenents. Many folks have lived here since it opened so there is a great community here so it has both the good & the bad! Right now due to the new property managers it is much more dog friendly than kid friendly so rhe roof top smells like pee or poop and is barely usable.
