I have lived here for a month and loving it so much so far! The staff are all lovely and make me feel welcomed and safe. Very convenient location to the subway and to the park!
If you check rental websites, many current tenants are subletting their units. Many are also leaving. The best thing about this building is the staff, that's it. Noisy neighborhood (like living on the LES), inconsiderate neighbors, constant emails from management asking tenants to be courteous to others due to various issues all the time. Check the hidden yelp reviews. I didn't stick out my lease.

Just moved into the building this month. All staff from management to super to concierge seem wonderful. Was a little disappointed to have to pay an amenity fee after being told that the building did not have an amenity fee. When we applied for the apartment there was not amenity fee associated with the apartment and we feel that should have been grandfathered in. Other than this issue everything seems to be good.
Maintenance slow. Concierge ok. Super ok. Lease office hmmm.

I love living in Tower 28. This has been the best building manager i have lived with to date. Maintenance orders are always completed quickley. The doormans are very nice, gym is great and location is very close to the subways
I am so happy with this building. Have had no issues in the last 2 years of living there. Can’t beat the location and how convenient it is to the trains
